Namaste! I’m Jane Constantin, the founder and CEO of Jane Therapy Yoga. With over 16 years of yoga practice and 8+ years of teaching experience, I am a certified instructor through Yoga Alliance International (RYS 200 & 300) and a graduate of The International School of AstroYoga and Yoga International.

Born in Kampong Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia, and now based in Golesti, Vrancea, Romania, I bring a multicultural, holistic approach to yoga rooted in traditional Indian wisdom and modern healing techniques.

My yoga journey started in childhood, inspired by my beloved grandfather. I began teaching in Malaysia (2014–2019), and have since worked with clients across the globe. In 2020, I moved to Romania and established SC Jane Therapy Yoga SRL to continue this sacred practice locally and internationally.
